Due to an internal move, we have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Personal Assistant to join Scentre Group, supporting our Director of Leasing & Retail Solutions on a 1:1 basis. You will provide and offer both strategic and operational support.
A snapshot of your role:
- Provide high level administrative support to the Director
- Extensive diary management liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparation and editing of correspondence, communications and board papers on behalf of the Director
- Coordinating domestic and international travel along with Visas where applicable
- Managing and processing financial records including expense reconciliation and processing of invoices
- Preparation of day packs ensuring the Director has everything required for the day
- Work in conjunction with the Director and leadership team to plan and execute social events and team building events
- Work with broader PA network to ensure best practice and streamlined processes as well as maintaining high-level communication across the team
This is a Full-Time permanent position, based in our Sydney CBD Support Office

- Previous experience in a similar role supporting General Manager or equivalent

- Adaptable and initiative driven
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite including Office 365
