Your opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Account Manager to join our Retail Development and Innovation team supporting our Leasing and Retail Solutions business. In this newly created role, you will work strategically on new and existing accounts, to expand revenue opportunities. You will work with our growth partner accounts, support them with data and insights & grow them within our portfolio of centres.

To be successful, you will engage with our Partners and ensure you are immersed in their business so that you can contribute positively to their short- and long-term goals. You'll succeed in this role if you are someone who possesses commercial acumen and operational expertise, who is customer-focused and committed to excellence. This job requires a problem solver and relationship builder who thrives in a changing and dynamic environment.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Work strategically on new and existing accounts to expand revenue opportunities
  • Nurture and develop relationships with assigned retailer accounts
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline by developing new opportunities and opportunity growth with existing customers
  • Liaise directly with both clients and internal stakeholders as required
  • Analyse and interpret turnover performance and provide insights to team and clients.
  • Presenting on client overviews, Industry trends & updates.
