Your opportunity

Our Facilities Team play an important role in keeping our Westfield Living Destinations open and delivering extraordinary experiences in a safe, clean and comfortable environment for our customers every day.

Your role and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Provide support to initiatives that support our strategy to operate as a responsible, sustainable business, including Our Plan, the Strategic Asset Plan, and the Facilities Plan.
  • Deliver day-to-day best in class facilities’ services in line with needs of Centre team to deliver excellence in customer experience.
  • Provide immediate response to all emergency, evacuation or other incidents within the centre, ensuring that all facts are accurate and escalated in a timely manner, following the agreed incident management processes..
  • Ensure all asset maintenance, repair and capital works, is accurate and delivered on time and budget, completed to the best possible standards.
  • Ensure service providers are invoicing according to agreed schedule of rates and that all invoices are accurately split between labour and parts before processing, escalating where anomalies or issues are found in a timely manner.

  • Strong customer service focus and exceptional administration skills.
  • Proven capabilities in supervising contractors, clarifying instructions and priorities to stakeholders
  • Technology-literate and able to use business and building management systems and software
  • Relevant experience in retail, property, hospitality, facilities or building management
  • Trade qualifications/experience
  • Ability to deliver across 7-days a week in a dynamic environment
