Your opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Floor Coordinator to join the team on our Executive Floor. You will be based in our impressive modern reception/ executive meeting area above Westfield Sydney, where you will be responsible for meeting/greeting guests, booking meeting rooms, assisting with a variety of administration tasks and ensuring the smooth operations of the Executive floor for our external and internal guests.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors/clients upon their arrival
  • Manage the front desk, meetings rooms, diary & email management
  • Setting up of meeting rooms & organising drinks/catering/events
  • Assisting with IT troubleshooting – connecting Microsoft Teams meetings, PowerPoint presentations etc
  • Oversight of all internal meeting rooms – cleanliness/tidiness

What will set you apart from the rest?

  • Confident in meeting new people face to face
  • Hospitality background advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience as a Reception or Administrator or similar is highly desired
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Able to work full time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm at our Sydney CBD location
