Join our team as an Assistant Analyst – Performance Analytics & Transactional Assurance. In this role, you'll contribute to performance reporting, commercial analysis and transactional assurance activities across Management Income business streams (which may include Gift Card, Parking, etc). Working alongside and learning from Senior Analysts and key stakeholders, you'll deliver insights that help drive business performance and informed decision-making.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the delivery of performance reporting and analysis across a range of Management Income business streams (which may include Gift Card, Parking, etc).
• Assisting with forecasting, budgeting and reforecasting activities through data analysis, trend monitoring and validation of inputs.
• Conducting transactional assurance activities, including transaction monitoring, reconciliation reviews and validation processes.
• Analysing operational, customer and financial data to identify trends, anomalies, risks and opportunities to improve performance.
• Supporting the preparation of commercial analysis, business cases and performance commentary to assist business decision-making.
• Maintaining reporting tools, models and dashboards to ensure accurate and reliable reporting outputs.
• Partnering with Finance, Operations and business stakeholders to investigate variances, resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is permanent, full-time.

What sets you apart

We are seeking a highly analytical person with a strong attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience in a financially focused analytical role.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in a similar analyst or finance-focused role will be advantageous.
• Curiosity and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting data and identifying meaningful insights.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and work with a variety of stakeholders
