Your opportunity

We’re seeking a Commercial Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities teams across three key A‑grade Sydney CBD commercial assets: 85 Castlereagh Street, 77 Castlereagh Street, and 100 Market Street.

Working as part of the Sydney CBD Commercial Team you will oversee the operational performance and tenant experience across these three assets.

What you'll do

  • Lead the Facilities Management Team across three premier A-Grade Sydney CBD office assets, providing strategic leadership, coaching and support to deliver exceptional operational performance and customer service.
  • Oversee all aspects of building operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, industry best practice and Scentre Group standards.
  • Manage and optimise contractor and service provider performance, including contract management, KPI monitoring and regular performance reviews to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Drive operational excellence through effective risk management, lifecycle planning, asset maintenance and the successful delivery of operational and capital works projects.
  • Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets across the portfolio, including forecasting, reporting, financial analysis and monitoring performance against budget.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives and environmental performance reporting, including waste, electricity and water consumption analysis, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, asset performance and ESG outcomes.
  • Support asset strategies, continuous improvement initiatives and the long-term performance of the portfolio.

What Sets You Apart

You are an experienced facilities management professional with a strong track record leading teams and delivering operational excellence across premium commercial assets.

  • Experience managing A-Grade commercial office assets or large-scale commercial portfolios.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong understanding of building operations, compliance requirements and contractor management.
  • Sound financial acumen, including experience managing operational and capital budgets.
  • Knowledge of sustainability, ESG initiatives and environmental performance reporting.
  • Experience supporting capital works, asset improvement projects and long-term asset planning.
