Your opportunity

Join our team as a Customer Services Supervisor, leading our Concierge and Valet teams to deliver exceptional service experiences for customers visiting the centre. In this role, you will oversee daily service operations while supporting a large frontline team to deliver premium customer experiences. Working closely with the Services Manager and centre leadership team, you will help drive team performance, operational excellence and service standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused leader looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching and supporting the Concierge and Valet teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Coordinating team rostering and resourcing to ensure smooth daily service operations
  • Supporting the Services Manager to drive team performance, operational standards and service outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with customers, retailers and centre teams to enhance the service experience
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and contribute to a high-performing team culture
  • Support broader centre teams with administration and general operational support.

This role is permanent, full-time and based on-site at Westfield Carousel.

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced customer environment. You bring experience leading frontline teams and are passionate about delivering premium service while driving operational performance. With strong communication and organisational skills, you are comfortable managing rosters, coordinating a casual workforce, and supporting a positive, high-performing team culture.

Ideally, you will bring:

  • Leadership experience within retail, hospitality or guest services environments
  • 2+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams
  • Experience managing rostering and resourcing of casual teams
  • A passion for delivering premium customer experiences
  • A full, open Australian driver’s licence and confidence driving a range of vehicles

  • A strong communicator – able to build relationships and influence across teams
  • Commercially aware – able to support operational performance and service delivery outcomes
