Your opportunity
Direct Marketing sits within the Brand & Communications team. We play a critical role in shaping how customers experience Westfield through partnerships, activations and events. The team brings Westfield and partner brands to life in ways that feel relevant, memorable and distinctive, creating moments that drive visitation, advocacy and brand love. Working closely with centre marketing teams and enterprise partners, the Direct Marketing team are responsible for all 1:1 channels: Email, In-app Messaging and Push Notifications – both how and when they are used, and what they say.
The Direct Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering targeted, data-led member communications and campaigns that support customer engagement and commercial outcomes. You will work closely with centres, partnership teams & other channel leads.
Your key day to day responsibilities include supporting campaign planning, building, QA & deployment across direct marketing platforms, ensuring accuracy and best practice execution. You’ll focus on delivering high-quality comms, applying sound judgement and a customer-first mindset to deliver effective messaging across the member lifecycle. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, the role contributes to brand consistency, campaign performance & the ongoing evolution of our Membership proposition.
The role plays an important part in connecting customers with the Westfield brand, supporting integrated delivery across channels and ensuring communications are timely, relevant and aligned to business priorities.

- Executional brilliance is a must. Deliver member communications and campaigns across the member lifecycle, ensuring alignment to agreed strategies, objectives and timelines.
- Foundational excellence. Understanding of direct marketing principles, customer communications and touchpoints (Emai, Push, In-App).
- A stickler for process. Happy managing campaign planning & build, briefing, QA and execution processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality standards are met. You know the best work comes when processes and timelines are respected.
- You have connections everywhere. You love working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate delivery, manage dependencies and resolve issues. Channel leads and centre teams are key to success.
- You get the importance of measurement. You understand campaign reporting, analytics and performance. You can capture insights to inform the skill to translate these across stakeholders. Test & learns are key as you progress in the role.
- A passion for brand. Ensure all communications align to Westfield brand guidelines and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Martech. You have experience in or have worked with some supporting Mar-tech platforms such as Braze, CDPs, Salesforce, Adobe campaign, HubSpot etc.
