Your opportunity
Within Businesses, Brandspace works with direct clients to create influential commercial partnerships across our Westfield destinations. The Direct team drives revenue growth by building sustainable, high-value relationships with clients who invest more, more often. The team operates in a fast-paced, market-facing environment where performance, collaboration and commercial agility are key.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract role offering you the chance to step into a key support role with visibility across our Brandspace teams. As Personal Assistant within our Brandspace Media team, you will support the General Manager – Brandspace Media.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how the role operates and provide critical support that enables business success. You will be trusted to manage competing priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and keep everything running smoothly in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.
About the role
- Diary management – ensuring the GM’s schedule is well organised and time is used effectively.
- Meeting and event coordination – planning key meetings, offsites, and team events, including planning and venue bookings.
- Travel coordination – managing all travel requirements including flights, accommodation, and transport, working closely with other PAs and stakeholders to align agendas.
- Information management – collating and sharing key updates that support the delivery of business priorities.
What sets you apart?
You are highly organised, solutions-focused, and always two steps ahead. You thrive in fast-moving environments, can confidently manage up, and know how to get things done with discretion and professionalism. You will have ideally worked in a Media or agency environment and have a strong network of connections within Media.
- Experience supporting executives in Media or listed organisations.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Confident managing travel bookings and expenses
- Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
- Naturally collaborative, with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
