Your opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially minded Property Finance Analyst to partner with our Commercial Office Towers Operational team, supporting the effective management of centre controllable income and expenses and contributing to NOI delivery across each tower.

This role is a true business partnering opportunity combining financial insight, operational understanding and stakeholder collaboration to drive performance and build strong commercial acumen.

You will play a key role in helping both internal and external stakeholders understand asset performance and financial drivers.

What sets you apart

In this role, you will partner closely with operational and finance stakeholders to deliver accurate financial outcomes, provide meaningful insights and support performance across Commercial Office Towers.

  • Partner with operational teams to manage centre controllable income and expenses
  • Support and communicate Net Operating Income (NOI) performance
  • Contribute to month-end, forecasting and budgeting across CX-controlled items
  • Provide insights on key financial drivers to support decision-making
  • Present financial performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Asset teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting and drive efficiency
  • Support delivery of team plans and strategic initiatives

 

You will be:

You bring strong financial capability, commercial acumen and the ability to translate data into clear and actionable insights while building trusted relationships with stakeholders.

  • CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with JDE and TM1 preferred
  • Knowledge of property or leasing environments is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to business partner effectively
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand key performance drivers
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
