As a Senior Finance Analyst within Group Planning, you'll play a key role in helping the business make informed commercial decisions through insightful analysis, reporting and financial planning. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you'll provide meaningful financial insights that influence strategy, drive performance and support the achievement of business objectives.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and support key strategic initiatives.
- Delivering accurate and timely reporting, forecasting, budgeting and month-end analysis.
- Providing commercial analysis and decision support to Directors and General Managers.
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve business performance and drive cost efficiencies.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, helping to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Building strong relationships across the business to ensure stakeholder needs are understood and supported.

You're a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, challenging the status quo and turning data into meaningful insights. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and are motivated by influencing business performance through analysis and strategic thinking.
You'll stand out if you have:
- 5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance or a similar analytical finance role.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
- Experience with FP&A systems and data visualisation tools such as TM1, Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of accounting standards and financial principles.
- CPA, CA or CFA qualification (or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and driving efficiencies.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes to tight deadlines.
- Previous experience mentoring or guiding team members will be highly regarded.
