Join our team as a Services Supervisor, leading our Concierge and Valet teams to deliver exceptional service experiences for customers visiting Westfield Knox.

In this role, you will oversee daily service operations while supporting a large frontline team to achieve premium customer outcomes. Working closely with the Retail Manager and centre leadership team, you will help drive operational excellence, team performance and service standards. Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing the Concierge and Valet teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Coordinating team rostering and workforce planning to ensure seamless daily operations
• Supporting the Retail Manager to drive team performance, operational standards and service outcomes
• Building strong relationships with customers, retailers and centre teams to enhance the overall centre experience
• Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve service delivery, team engagement and operational effectiveness

This role is permanent, full-time, and based on-site at Westfield Knox. As part of the centre management team, you will undertake Duty Manager responsibilities following comprehensive emergency management training. This includes participating in a rostered weekend duty manager shift, with a day in lieu provided.

You are a motivated and customer-focused leader with experience managing frontline teams in retail, hospitality or guest services environments. You bring strong people leadership skills, the ability to coordinate and motivate a casual workforce, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences. Organised, adaptable and solutions-focused, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident balancing operational priorities with team development. A full, open Australian driver's licence and confidence driving a variety of vehicles are essential.
