Your opportunity
As a Systems Executive, you will oversee the daily support and management of the technology platforms that enable our Customer Care Centre (CCC). You’ll lead the delivery of new solutions and growth initiatives, ensuring all technical requirements are met and managed. Partnering with Digital Technology and Parking Technology teams, you will contribute to shaping and delivering the Technology Roadmap for our Customer Contact strategy. Your focus on system stability, innovation, and continuous improvement will be critical in enhancing performance and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Day-to-day you will:
- Engage with internal teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Take ownership of projects, create project plans, and establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Oversee the deployment process, including system configuration, customisation, integration, and testing.
- Develop frameworks to mitigate risks and proactively address any technological challenges that could arise for the Customer Care Centre
- Maintain and support day-to-day system performance, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Manage user access, system setup, and configuration to support team needs
- Ensure workstation technology (laptops, headsets, monitors) is maintained and fit-for-purpose
- Monitor system performance and identify issues or risks impacting service delivery
- Support continuous improvement of systems, workflows, and team environment
This role is a permanent, full-time position.

- Previous experience using applications such as, Zendesk, FlinQ and Microsoft 365 is highly advantageous
- Strong technical capability, with confidence in quickly learning and navigating new systems
- Excellent organisational skills, enabling effective management of competing priorities
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with a range of stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and drive effective outcomes
