As a Marketing Executive, you'll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team where no two days look the same. From delivering memorable events and activations to working closely with retailers, agencies and internal stakeholders, you'll play an important role in creating experiences that connect with customers and strengthen the local community.

Your responsibilities will include.
- Planning and delivering engaging campaigns, events and activations that enhance the customer experience.
- Supporting the development and execution of the centre's annual Marketing Plan.
- Assisting with budget management, including purchase orders, invoices, accruals and reforecasting.
- Building strong relationships with retailers, agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing activity.
- Using customer insights, feedback and data to inform marketing initiatives and event planning.
- Providing hands-on support across the centre, helping to deliver exceptional customer experiences and supporting the broader team as needed.

You're a proactive marketer who enjoys bringing ideas to life and creating great customer experiences.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience in events, activations and/or digital marketing in shopping centres, retail or similar industries
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with retailers, internal stakeholders and external partners
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality outcomes
- A genuine passion for customer experience
