Your opportunity

Join Scentre Group's Technology team and play a pivotal role in supporting a high-performing leadership group that enables the technology, digital and cyber capabilities powering our business.

As Personal Assistant to the Technology General Managers, you will be a trusted partner, helping leaders stay focused on the priorities, teams stay connected and strategic initiatives keep moving. Working closely with the PA to the CTO and a broad network of stakeholders, you'll be at the heart of a collaborative and people-focused team culture that values relationships, initiative and excellence.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships across the business and becoming a trusted partner to leaders, stakeholders and the wider assistant community.
  • Keeping track of key actions, priorities and commitments, and helping ensure important things don't fall through the cracks.
  • Keeping the diaries, calendars and inboxes of our Technology leaders running smoothly, helping them stay organised and focused on what matters most.
  • Preparing presentations, communications and meeting materials that help our leaders and teams stay informed and connected.
  • Bringing meetings, town halls, workshops and team events to life, taking care of the details so everything runs seamlessly.
  • Supporting sensitive people matters and confidential business activities with professionalism, discretion and care.
  • Managing expenses, administration and day-to-day coordination so leaders and teams can operate smoothly.
  • Staying curious about smarter ways of working, including AI and productivity tools that help reduce friction and improve team effectiveness.

This role is permanent, full-time and based onsite at our Sydney Support Office.

What sets you apart

We're looking for someone who enjoys pace, variety and being the person others trust to bring order, clarity and momentum to busy days.

You'll be naturally organised, enjoy building strong relationships and have a knack for anticipating what's needed before being asked. You'll be confident managing competing priorities, comfortable supporting senior leaders and genuinely enjoy helping people succeed.

With sound judgement, a calm approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves wherever needed, you'll become an integral part of the Technology function.  You'll take pride in being the person others can rely on, whether that's solving a problem, coordinating a complex event or helping colleagues stay connected.

You will be:

  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and working collaboratively across the business.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with a talent for keeping multiple priorities on track.
  • Calm, professional and trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Someone who takes initiative and looks for smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • Approachable and trusted, with the confidence to be a central point of coordination for leaders, assistants and stakeholders.
