Your Opportunity
Joining the BrandSpace team provides a unique and exciting opportunity. BrandSpace is a unique media network that blends Scentre Group’s deep knowledge of Westfield customers with our premium environments and media delivery platform. BrandSpace gives its brand and retail partners the opportunity to connect with their most valuable customer, the Westfield customer.
As a product manager at Scentre Group you contribute to development and management of their product suite by supporting the organisation in translating the product strategy into tangible outcomes. Their focus is on detailed understanding of the product suite's long-term strategy. With deep knowledge of their customer/ partner, they develop the product strategy and set the parameters for the annual roadmaps and quarterly delivery plans.
You will have overall accountability for:
- Product Lifecycle Management through: discovery - maturity
- Deeply understand product suite and usage profile
- Play a key role in defining the product strategy across key lifecycle stages
- Cascade the prioritised initiatives for annual and quarter planning
- Support development team by clearing blockers & sharing insights
- Collaborate closely with interdependent teams to ensure products align to product and business strategies.
- Mine customer feedback across multiple touch points to gather insights and utilise these in your product decisioning
- Guide APM/ PM in stakeholder engagements and support their skills growth
- Provide data-led commentary in product reports/ communications to connect customer insights to future development and management of performance KPIs
What will set you apart from the rest?
Experience in the following:
- Experience in managing products related to (one or more): digital media, advertising, data, digital out-of-home
- Experience with Ad Serving products; Perion (Hivestack), Scala
- High level of curiosity and an ongoing learner
- Demonstrated customer-centricity, including how to use customer feedback/ insights in product development practice
- Demonstrated critical thinking and best practice frameworks to manage the lifecycle of products
- Experience using variety of fit-for-purpose frameworks to validate and prioritise concepts
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Excels in cross-functional environments, and loves working with design, engineering, marketing and other adjacent teams in the business
- Experience in platform or technical product management advantageous, though not essential
- Product management lifecycle and tools
