As a Services Team Member, You Will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service across Concierge and Car Park services
• Assist customers with directions, enquiries and Westfield Gift Card sales
• Support car park operations, traffic flow during busy periods and operate a company buggy
• Confidently engage with customers in a fast-paced environment
• Support festive events, activations and surprise-and-delight moments throughout the season

You'll Be Great for This Role If You:

• Love helping people and creating memorable experiences
• Bring a friendly, enthusiastic and positive approach to every interaction
• Confidently engage with customers in a fast-paced and busy environment
• Enjoy working as part of a team to deliver exceptional service
• Hold a current provisional or full driver's licence (manual or automatic) and are comfortable operating a company buggy

To be successful in this role, you must be available to work from September through to January, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Full availability throughout November and December will be highly regarded. T This is a fixed-term contract that concludes on 31 January 2027.
