Your opportunity

As a Casual Services Attendant at Westfield X, you’ll be joining a high performing and customer-obsessed team. Your focus is to be proactive, hands-on and dedicated to maintaining exceptional customer service to ensure our customers have a positive and memorable experience whilst visiting our Living Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers consistently.
  • Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services, providing convenient solutions to customers.
  • Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment, including in the car park.
  • Traffic management by rerouting and directing vehicles during peak times, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Assisting in the parking of valet vehicles, opening car doors and assisting guest's alighting from the vehicle
  • Support the Brand Experience team and undertake additional tasks where required

To be successful in these roles, it is important you feel both comfortable and confident to work cross functionally throughout our Customer Experience team across all service areas (Concierge, Carpark and Valet – including, assisting with the parking of valet vehicles, opening car doors, assisting guest aligning from their vehicles and providing traffic management & navigational assistance during our busy periods in the carpark).

  • Confident in providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment.
  • Adequate flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week (Monday-Sunday) including Public Holidays is essential for these roles
  • To be considered for a Car Park or Valet position, a full open manual drivers’ licence is required to operate valet vehicles and operate the Company buggy

This is a casual position and is the perfect chance to shine, gain valuable experience get your foot in the door for a career at Scentre Group.

All successful candidates will be required to complete a video interview as part of our screening process, a medical assessment and need to be comfortable to walk up to 10,000 steps per shift and feel at ease on their feet for up to 8 hours.
