Your opportunity
As a Casual Concierge Attendant at Westfield Carousel your focus is to ensure our customers enjoy a positive and memorable experience whilst visiting our Living Centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers and retailers to improve service standards and deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience
- Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services, providing convenient solutions to customers.
- Greet guests at the concierge desk - engaging with them to understand their needs; providing directional information and advice to customers and suggest alternatives where required
- Support the Brand Experience team and undertake additional tasks where required

- Exuding positive energy, a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
- Being empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.
- Confident in providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day week (Monday-Sunday) including Public Holidays is essential for this role.
This is a casual position and is the perfect chance to shine, gain valuable experience get your foot in the door for a career at Scentre Group.
All successful candidates will be required to complete a video interview and need to be comfortable to walk up to 10,000 steps per shift and feel at ease on their feet for up to 8 hours. We will be using email as the primary method of communication; please ensure you check your emails regularly to monitor the progress of your application.
