Your opportunity 

Within the Marketing & Community team and reporting to the Group Manager PR and working closely with the Senior PR & Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial part in our dynamic and collaborative environment, working across multiple areas of the business, including Retail Partnerships, Community, and Corporate Affairs.  

In this role, you will help manage the execution of earned consumer media and influencer activity across the Westfield business in Australia and New Zealand. 

Your role and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Guide best practise implementation of earned and influencer strategy, with a particular focus on leading centre activity, retailer openings, cultural and community initiatives and supporting on wider campaigns. ​ 
  • Collaborate effectively with centre marketing teams, cross divisional stakeholders, and external business partners, including retail partners. ​ 
  • Help manage our retained agency partner, Pulse, who we see as an extension of our team. ​ 
  • Support centre teams and the wider business on customer communications and issues management including recommended approach, supporting copy and stakeholder endorsement. ​ 
  • ​You have a can-do attitude and can help manage several different projects concurrently​. 
  • Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills​ 
  • Strong attention to detail, writing and proofreading skills, from press releases to customer responses.   

What will set you apart from the rest? 

  • 5+ years’ previous consumer marketing or PR experience. 
  • Understanding of PR, social media and influencer activity, experience in these disciplines preferable. 
  • Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail, writing and proofreading skills, from press releases to customer responses. ​
