The Customer Care Centre is our key, centralised customer-excellence support function for our parking environments dealing with inbound customer parking queries.
Your opportunity
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will ensure high levels of customer service are consistently demonstrated and will support the day to day operations. You’ll provide a positive and memorable experience to our customers via the various means and support systems made available to you. You’ll play a key role in our Parking Experience team, resolving customer calls with relation to any queries, concerns or issues within our Living Centres across Australia.
Key accountabilities for our Customer Service Specialists, include:
- Manage day to day Call Centre operations whilst maintaining and achieving agreed business deliverables.
- Use business knowledge to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries.
- Contribute to an environment of customer service excellence.

- Previous experience in a customer service environment (hotel, guest services, retail or similar)
- You’re a confident and articulate communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have a proven ability to manage difficult stakeholders and customer queries.
We are searching for Customer Care Specialists to join the team on a casual basis. The role is based in our Customer Care Centre in Western Sydney (Parramatta) and you must have the availability to work across a 7-day roster. The ability to work weekends and Public Holidays is essential. The shifts vary from morning, day and night. The centre operates opening hours from 7am to midnight. It is ideal that you are flexible to work across the various shift times.
