Your opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative at Westfield Newmarket, you’ll be joining a diverse and inclusive team. Your focus will be to ensure our customers are left with a positive experience when entering and leaving our living destinations.

We currently have a permanent full-time position available with a Sunday to Thursday roster.

What will set you apart from the rest?

• Previous experience working in customer focused positions is essential.  Hospitality preferred but not essential
• Someone who loves looking after people and exceeding customer expectations
• You possess the ability to create a truly memorable and genuine 5-star guest experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• You're efficient and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
