Your opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end management of three commercial buildings within Sydney's CBD precinct.

Partnering closely with landlords, tenants and internal specialist teams, you will drive asset performance through strong relationship management, operational excellence, financial discipline and risk management. You'll play a key role in creating exceptional tenant experiences while delivering strong commercial outcomes and long-term asset value.

You will be responsible for:

  • The day-to-day management of a premium Sydney CBD commercial property portfolio
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords and key stakeholders
  • Preparing and presenting monthly management reports covering financial performance, leasing activity, operations and risk matters
  • Managing annual OPEX budgets, forecasting, variance analysis and cost control activities
  • Overseeing concierge and security service delivery to ensure exceptional service standards
  • Driving tenant engagement initiatives that enhance satisfaction, retention and community connection
  • Managing compliance, risk, incident reporting and insurance claim activities across the portfolio
  • Supporting lease administration activities including rent reviews, recharges and critical date management

This role is permanent, full-time.

You are an experienced commercial property professional who combines strong operational capability with exceptional stakeholder management skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing commercial performance with customer experience and service excellence.

You will:

  • Have experience managing commercial property assets and tenant relationships
  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen, including budget management, reporting and cost control
  • Understand compliance, risk management, governance and WHS obligations within a property environment
  • Build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Be highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Take ownership, show accountability and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Lead with a customer-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service.
  • Have Class 1 or Class 2 NSW Real Estate Licence.
