Your opportunity
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in financial analysis supporting development and asset management activities, helping deliver successful projects and sustainable growth. You will provide high quality, actionable insights that simplify complex information and support effective commercial decisions.
- Build and maintain development feasibilities and financial models to support projects from planning through to completion.
- Prepare and analyse project feasibilities to support investment and commercial decisions.
- Partner with Development, Design, Construction and Asset Management teams to optimise project outcomes and returns.
- Monitor project cash flow and support regular project performance and WIP reviews.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports, providing insights on performance, risks and opportunities.
- Support property transactions and strategic initiatives across the portfolio
This role is a contract for 12 months, full-time.
What sets you apart
We are seeking a commercially minded finance professional with extensive experience in property development, investment analysis or asset management finance. You will be CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent), hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, and bring advanced financial modelling and Excel skills. Experience with JDE Edwards, TM1 and large-scale development projects will be highly regarded.
