At Westfield Doncaster, we're looking for a Services Attendant to join our energetic and inclusive team – where every day is about creating positive, memorable moments for our customers.

Working primarily across our Valet Parking and Concierge services, with support across Car Park operations when required, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences from the moment customers arrive to the moment they leave. Whether you're welcoming customers to Valet, assisting at Concierge or supporting the smooth operation of our Car Park, you'll play an important role in creating a seamless, premium experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Delivering a premium customer experience across Valet Parking and Concierge, while supporting Car Park operations as required.
• Welcoming Valet customers, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and creating a seamless arrival and departure experience.
• Greeting customers at Concierge, providing directions, centre information and personalised assistance.
• Promoting and processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services.
• Managing administrative tasks including lost property, online and phone enquiries.
• Supporting the safe and efficient operation of the Car Park by assisting customers, monitoring traffic flow and maintaining equipment.
• Operating a buggy safely within the Car Park to complete safety checks and support operational requirements.

This role is a casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

• Confident engaging with customers in a premium, fast-paced environment.
• Able to think on your feet, solve problems and remain calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, hotels, premium retail, guest services or valet parking will be highly regarded.
• Hold a valid full Australian driver’s license (Manual/Auto) and be confident driving customer vehicles.
