At Westfield Parramatta, our Car Park and Valet teams play an important role in creating exceptional first and last impressions for every customer who visits the centre.

We're looking for a hands-on Services Team Leader to work alongside the Services Supervisor, leading the day-to-day operations of our Car Park and Valet teams while supporting your team on the ground. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, coach a high-performing team and make a genuine impact on the customer experience every day.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting the Car Park and Valet teams on the ground, providing coaching, guidance and direction throughout each shift.
• Working closely with the Services Supervisor to ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of our Car Park and Valet services.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences by assisting customers, resolving issues and supporting the team during busy periods.
• Leading by example, maintaining high service standards and fostering a positive, customer-first team culture.
• Assisting with daily operational planning, team communications, training and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Safely operating customer vehicles as part of the Valet service when required.

This role is permanent, full-time based onsite at Westfield Parramatta.

You'll also bring:

• Previous leadership or team leadership experience within customer service, hospitality, retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
• A passion for coaching and developing others while creating a positive, high-performing team culture.
• A full Australian driver's licence (manual licence preferred) and confidence driving a variety of vehicles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure while balancing operational priorities.
