Your opportunity

The Marketing Executive – Campaigns supports the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen Westfield’s brand, connect with customers and support business outcomes across Australia and New Zealand.

Working across multiple campaigns and channels, the role partners with internal stakeholders, agencies and creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with brand objectives. The role supports campaign development from briefing through to execution, helping bring ideas to life through compelling content, strong project coordination and effective stakeholder management.

Its impact is seen in the quality and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, the consistency of brand execution and the ability of the Brand & Communications team to deliver engaging customer experiences that drive visitation, engagement and advocacy.

Duties:

Support the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, owned, earned and in -destination channels

    • Assist in developing campaign plans, timelines, briefs and supporting materials to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively
    • Coordinate campaign execution across internal teams, agencies, production partners and external stakeholders
    • Support the development of campaign assets and content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
    • Manage campaign workflows, approvals and asset distribution to ensure quality and consistency
    • Maintain campaign asset matrices and supporting documentation across all campaign activities
    • Partner with internal specialist teams to ensure campaign activity is aligned and integrated across channels
    • Act as a key point of contact for campaign -related queries and stakeholder requests
    • Coordinate content creation with designers, copywriters, agencies and external partners
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient campaign delivery
    • Monitor campaign performance and support the preparation of post -campaign reviews, reports and insights
