Expression of Interest – Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst (12 month contract)

Your Opportunity

We're seeking expressions of interest to join our Design and Construction Finance team.

This role is open to both Analysts and Senior Financial Analysts and offers a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience, build commercial capability, and gain exposure to a dynamic and customer-focused part of the business.

You'll play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and ongoing financial management, while developing a strong understanding of how commercial decisions impact the wider Scentre Group P&L.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engage internal & external customers to establish mutually beneficial relationships
• Drive consistency and completeness in project reporting and give guidance to Project Design Principals, Project & Contract Managers
• Delivery of insightful performance analysis on project trends, risks & opportunities
• Manage working capital, ensure on-time and accurate billing for projects
• Timely and accurate financial reporting for Forecasts, Budget and Year-end
• Compliance requirements such as Audits, Tax reporting, FBT
• Support ad hoc commercial analysis as required
