The Businesses team brings together Leasing, BrandSpace Media, Retail Design & Delivery, Strategic Partnerships and Retail Admin to build strong partnerships, create commercial opportunities and support the ongoing performance of Scentre Group’s destinations.
Within Businesses, Retail Admin provides the operational and administrative capability that enables our customer -facing and commercial teams to work effectively. The team supports critical processes, coordination, reporting and governance across the portfolio, helping create consistent ways of working and ensuring our people have the information and support they need to deliver strong outcomes for retailers, partners and the business.
Your Opportunity
The Regional Manager - Retail Administration leads a portfolio of destinations, partnering with Leasing and key stakeholders to secure income, manage risk, and drive commercial outcomes. Leveraging strong retail leasing and property expertise, they navigate complex issues, build trusted relationships, and influence decision-making.
They lead and develop a high-performing Retail Administration team through coaching, feedback, and development opportunities, fostering accountability, critical thinking, and continuous improvement. By connecting insights across destinations and transactions, they identify risks and opportunities, strengthen governance, improve processes, and deliver strong commercial results.
You will have overall accountability for:
- Lead Retail Administration across a portfolio, driving commercial outcomes, income protection, governance, and risk management.
- Build strong relationships across Leasing, destinations, retailers, and stakeholders to navigate complexity and solve problems.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, critical thinking, and continuous improvement.
- Manage priorities, resources, and complex transactions while maintaining accuracy, quality, and speed.
- Apply sound commercial judgement to mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks and resolve high-risk matters.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage insights, and drive consistency, collaboration, and business improvement.

- We're looking for a commercially astute people leader with strong experience in retail lease administration, leasing, property, or a similarly complex commercial environment.
- You understand how to balance commercial opportunity with risk, using sound judgement, critical thinking, and strong stakeholder management skills to deliver positive business outcomes.
- You bring deep knowledge of retail leasing, commercial agreements, and risk management, with the ability to interpret complex information, solve problems, and navigate competing priorities.

- You are a trusted and credible leader who enjoys developing others, fostering accountability, curiosity, and critical thinking within their team.
